Drink Recipe: Moscow Mule.jpg
RECIPE: Moscow Mule
The Moscow Mule is a super simple drink yet surprisingly flavorful. Grab a glass, pour and squeeze some lime and you've got an incredibly delicious mixed drink. The key to a great Mule is choosing a suitable ginger beer with a good amount of spice from the ginger - I recommend Bundaberg Ginger Beer. The drink was named the Moscow Mule due to the 1940s American perception that vodka was a Russian spirit and its intense ginger kick (like a Mule). It was originally made with Smirnoff vodka.
INGREDIENTS
• 60 ml Vodka
• 90 ml Ginger Beer Recommended: Bundaberg
• 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a highball or copper mule mug with ice
1. Add the vodka, ginger beer and a squeeze of fresh lime
2. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel

Drink Recipe: Rusty Nail.jpg
Rusty Nail. Drambuie's intriguing spices and honey play an integral role in this simple recipe. Personally, I like it a little sweeter so I'm a little more heavy handed with the Drambuie, utilizing a 2:1 ratio. If you prefer it less sweet, use a 2:1 (whisky: Drambuie) ratio.

• 22.5 mL Drambuie ¾ oz

1. Generously add ice to a double old-fashioned glass
